Zoomies Zone Liverpool would like all those visiting our Dog Adventure Park, dogs & humans, to enjoy using our field & facilities. We are a dog activity park, not a field, to maximise the enjoyment of your dog(s). Use of the activities, the woodland area & the rainwater pond are done so at the owner’s & dogs own risk
By making a booking you are agreeing, both those accompanying you & yourself, to observe the following Terms & Conditions to ensure the safety of all dogs & humans. Please ensure you read them before making a booking & forward a copy of them to any humans who will be attending the booking with you. (These Terms & Conditions will be incorporated in the initial Booking Confirmation email you will receive)
It is strongly recommended any human attending the Dog Adventure Park wear season & weather appropriate clothing & footwear whilst on site. Zoomies Zone Liverpool is an established two acre field with a natural rainwater pond, many well established & young trees & shrubs. The site does have slopes & could be muddy in parts. Dogs MUST be supervised at all times. Consuming any greenery could result in your dog(s) being unwell
A) Booking Process:
- Bookings can only be made & paid for online via our website
- You must be aged 18 years or over to make a booking to use the Dog Adventure Park
- All bookings, including larger group events, at Zoomies Zone Liverpool are completely at the participants own risk (including organisers of larger group events)
- The maximum number of dogs & vehicles allowed onsite is determined by your chosen booking
- Bookings can be made as a one off or repeatedly at regular day & times or a combination of either
- Payment can be made as you book or by purchasing one of any of the three membership packages we offer (please see our website). Membership can speed up the booking process, secure daily, weekly or monthly regular time slots as well as provide a discount on bookings. You do not have to forward book with any of the membership packages, you can book as & when required
- Once you have completed your booking online you will receive an email confirming the booking, payment & details of how to access the Dog Adventure Park at the time & date of your booking
- We permit rescheduling a booking online up to 12 hours before the original arrival time. The initial Booking Confirmation email contains a link to reschedule. Should you need to reschedule within 12 hours you need to send a message to Zoomies Zone via Facebook Messenger or Text Message to 07543 621041. We will re-advertise the booking *when / if we can. If your booking is not taken by another party, no alternative date can be provided. *Please note we do have other commitments, so may not be able to re-advertise your booking straight away
- Dog Trainers & Dog Walkers, in charge of somebody’s dog(s) must have your own Public Liability Insurance & Care of Custody Insurance to cover any training & activities you undertake at Zoomies Zone Liverpool
- Should you wish to pass a booking to a friend you must inform Zoomies Zone Liverpool of their contact details & the number of dogs & cars attending (which must not exceed your booking
- Should you, or anyone who attends the Dog Adventure Park with you, take photograph(s) / digital images of any human(s) &/or your Dog(s) you hereby agree that they may be used on ANY social media platforms or websites, including our own, for promotional purposes
- Zoomies Zone Ltd reserve the right to use CCTV
B) Arrival Process & On Site Requests:
- No smoking, drugs or alcohol or consumption of food is permitted at anytime anywhere on site
- Dog(s) are NEVER permitted to run free in the Car Park Area
- All Dogs, once they are out of your vehicle(s), MUST be kept on leads until they are safely in the Dog Adventure Park Field, with the gate secured & locked
- Please DO NOT ARRIVE UNTIL FIVE MINUTES BEFORE your appointment time, this applies to TWO vehicles. Vehicles above this amount MUST NOT arrive until the time of your booking or shortly after
- Upon arrival please park on the far left side of the car park & especially if there are more than two vehicles attending with you. You will see the sign ‘Waiting Area’
- Please do not drive on any grassed area. Please park in a safe manner & do not cause an obstruction
- Please do not crowd the gate, or field boundary, while you are waiting to enter the Dog Adventure Park Field
- Please be aware, at all times onsite, there maybe dogs who are reactive &/or nervous requiring them to have plenty of space around them from both other dog(s) & humans in order to enjoy the freedom the Dog Adventure Park permits
- Please do not approach any dog(s), with or without your dog(s), or allow anyone with you approach any dog(s), without prior consent of the dogs' owner(s)
C) Once inside Dog Adventure Park Field:
- Please KEEP YOUR DOG(S) SAFELY SECURED IN YOUR VEHICLE(S) until you are in the Dog Adventure Park Field & you have closed & locked the gate to that area
- ONLY TWO VEHICLES CAN ENTER THE DOG ADVENTURE PARK FIELD & VEHICLES MUST REMAIN ON THE HARD STANDING AT ALL TIMES
- For the Health & Safety of dog(s) any children on site MUST always be kept under the close supervision of you or any accompanying adult
- Please pick up any dog poo your dog(s) may do, using the dog poo recyclable bags situated in regular spaces on the fencing & then place them in one of the two blue dog poo bins situated by the field gates. Whilst we are sure every owner will respect this procedure, we all know dogs can be discreet & us humans can miss a poo, Zoomies Zone Liverpool would ask, should you find any poo, you kindly pick it up & place it in the bin
- If you bring any training aids* or toys with you please do not leave them in the Dog Adventure Park. Any toys belonging to you MUST be removed from the Dog Adventure Park prior to you vacating
- Any torn or broken toys MUST NOT be left anywhere in the Dog Adventure Park. Should you find any whilst on site, please pick them up & place them in any of the bins on site
- *Training Aids - We do not allow the use of any adverse training aids, equipment or methods at any time. The following are examples of such items which are included, but not limited to, shock collars, prong/pinch collars, choke/check collars, spray collars / anti-bark collars
- Use of the Dog Adventure Park including the woodland area, the rainwater pond & showers are done so at the owners own risk. Please only let your dog(s) use the rainwater pond if you are sure they can swim
- If you are happy for your dog(s) to use the rainwater pond, please open one or both of the gates. Please ensure the gate(s) are closed again before you leave the field
- The two blue barrel showers are available in the Dog Adventure Park Field for you to use to rinse your dog(s), this MUST be done within your booked time slot. They are cold water showers
- If you wish to use either of the barrel showers, please ensure you have checked the blue barrels have sufficient water in them (there are a number of water containers adjacent to them which can be used to fill the barrels), please ensure the black lids are refitted to the barrels. The buttons to switch the shower heads on/off are fixed to the fence with a piece of timber over them to keep them protected from adverse weather, please keep the switches covered. The shower heads are held in brackets fixed to the fence, they can be used whilst in their brackets, or you may slide them out of the brackets, please ensure they are place in the brackets when you have finished with them & they are switched off. Please do not place the shower heads or the power switches into the barrels at anytime
- Please bring your own dog towel to dry off your dog(s)
D) Vacating the Field & Site:
- Please plan ahead & ensure you have your Dog(s) back into your vehicle(s) before your allotted time period expires. This will ensure anyone visiting the Dog Adventure Park after you are not prevented from using the park at the commencement of their time period. Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges
- Once you have moved your vehicle(s) from the Dog Adventure Park Field, please close the gate, lock the padlock, turning all of the padlock numbers off the set code
- Exit the car park as soon as you have locked the Dog Adventure Park Field
- Should you cut short a booking slot, or fail to attend, without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the booking made, in full
E) XL Bulldogs & other banned breeds:
- Please note all stated below apply currently only to Zoomies Zone Liverpool with immediate affect for existing banned breeds on the banned breeds list & from 31 December 2023 for XL Bully Owners, when they will be added to the banned breed list
- The dog(s) is/are registered with the Index of Exempt Dogs (IED) & a copy of the Certificate of Exemption for the dog(s) is provided to us prior to booking*. Please be advised the deadline for obtaining a Certificate of Exemption is 31 January 2024 however, if you hope to use a secure field, like Zoomies Zone Anglesey, our interpretation is you will need to register your dog(s) by 31 December 2023 - please act quickly to avoid any issues which would delay your dog(s) having access to your chosen secure field
- A copy of the current valid dog owners Third Party Public Liability Insurance, (against your dog(s) injuring other people) provided to us prior to booking*
- The Dangerous Dog Act states existing banned breeds with exempt status dog handler ratio for exempt dogs is 1:1 with their handler at all times. If your household has more than 1 dog, you can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than 1 banned breed in the household they can come together but each dog must have its own handler to adhere to the 1:1 rule
- The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules. The deadline for neutering is 30 June 2024 (31 January 2024 for dogs under 1 year of age), so we have asked for absolute clarification whether we can accept un-neutered dogs between 31 December 2023 and the relevant deadline)
- The dog is Micro Chipped
- There is a requirement for dogs to be muzzled in a public place but ONCE IN A SECURE AREA there is NO requirement for a muzzle or lead
- We will be making it a condition of use that customers drive into the enclosed area with the dog(s) in their vehicle(s) then closing & padlock the gate, making sure you do not drive on any grassed area in the process
- Once you have secured the dog park customers may allow their dog(s) out of the car. Equally the gate should only be opened to leave once the dog(s) are secure in the car(s)
- Considering the practicalities of this new legislation & booking / running Zoomies Dog Adventure Park will be reviewed regularly in the coming weeks. It may be that we have an off-line booking system shared with XL Bully owners who can only book Zoomies Zone once evidence of the relevant conditions has been provided
F) GDPR & Cookies:
- On 25 May 2018 GDPR data protection laws came into effect. All the data you provide Zoomies Zone & Zoomies Zone Liverpool is given with your consent & is of legitimate interest to allow you to receive updates & information related to Zoomies Zone & Zoomies Zone Liverpool. Contents of any texts & emails are retained to allow tracking of your purchase history. The information held is your name(s), email address(es) & phone number(s). We do not hold any personal financial information
- We will never share share your information without your approval. All details are password protected, also fingerprint protected where available. The owners of Zoomies Zone & Zoomies Zone Liverpool will have access to this information whilst manning our phone lines. You may request this information at any time by contacting us
- You can request deletion of your information, should you not want these details to be held however, they are vital for you to be able to use our fields. Any deletion requests will be completed within 28 days
