Click on the link on the Booking & Cost Options page, you will see different booking types, choose the one you want & click on the Book Button, it will take you straight to the Booking & Payment System

You will receive an initial automated confirmation email.  A further email will be sent around 1 - 2 hours before your booking time, with crucial information., please check your junk if you do not have our email address in your contacts 

It is important you read all emails as they give you detailed instructions about arrival, waiting area & access to the field with your vehicle & dogs, then departure.

If you have paid for a voucher you will receive an email with a code to use when making a booking, please check your junk if you do not have our email address in your contacts 

We are a private hire facility, with secured gated entry to each field, so ideal for reactive dogs or reactive owners

Yes, we do, in Adventure Zone & Action Zone only  Please read the Terms & Conditions for full details

Yes, this is fine, provided the number of dogs & cars is within the amount permitted for your booking.  If you visit with a friend & their dogs you are responsible for ensuring the dogs are suitably socialised

Zoomies Zone Liverpool has 2 meter deer style fencing, with rabbit fencing to the lower section.  You need to be confident that your dog is unable to jump a fence of this height

Yes, as you come through the main gates there is a hard standing for parking / waiting, which is signposted for each of the fields

PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME &, IF THE EXERCISE AREA ON THE RIGHT IS OCCUPIED PLEASE PARK ON THE FAR LEFT OF  HARDSTANDING, UNTIL THE EXERCISE AREA BECOMES AVAILABLE. 

ONCE THE EXERCISE AREA IS AVAILABLE, YOU MAY TAKE A MAXIMUM OF TWO  VEHICLES INTO THE SECURE AREA.

PLEASE ONLY PARKING ON THE HARD STANDING IN THE EXERCISE AREA

Depending on which field you have booked, via our website, you can book for up to:

Adventure Zone:   8 dogs / 3 cars

Action Zone:   8 dogs / 2 cars

Activity Zone:   5 dogs / 2 cars 

Larger groups can be accommodated in Adventure Zone, please contact us to discuss your requirements

Yes, we have installed over 100 solar lights around the car park & the exercise area, some are sensor operated to conserve their power.  It is not flood lighting, but does provide greater visibility

Currently we do not have running water.  There is a quantity of bottled water near the entrance which can be used to refresh your dogs.  

Please do not place your personal rubbish in the box containing the bottles, nor in the dogs waste bins.

The majority of slots are for one hour.  We have introduced some week day 30 minute slots, for small & mobility impaired dogs

We politely request you get ready to leave the enclosed area after 55 minutes (or 25 minutes on the shorter bookings) to ensure you do not overrun into the time of  the following session.

Should you not vacate the field at the time of your booking ending you will be charged for the slot after yours

Yes, there are two blue water containers located near the entrance inside the exercise area. Both contain a pump to operate the paw wash, please do not remove them from the containers & please always TURN OFF the shower & return the paw wash heads to the brackets on the fence

THE USE OF THE PAW WASH MUST BE DONE WITHIN YOUR BOOKING TIME. Failure to over run will result in you incurring additional costs

Should either one of the shower units run out of power, we would be very grateful if  you could send us a text to advise us.  We can then pop down to replace the power unit, ensuring everyone has access to our facilities.

The white water containers (half full), next to the blue ones, are for topping up the blue containers.  If you are physically able, we would greatly appreciate it if you would top up the blue containers should the water level be low.
