Around 1-2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHICH PROVIDES YOU WITH PARKING & ACCESS INFORMATION. Ensure you have received & read this email, in full, before you leave to go to Zoomies Zone. Please check your JUNK FOLDER if you do not have our email address in your contacts;
With Membership Offer purchases you will receive an email with a code to use when making your bookings;
Yes - each booking type shows how many dogs & cars are permitted;
If you visit with a friend & their dogs you are responsible for ensuring the dogs are suitably socialised;
Adventure Zone: 8 dogs / 3 cars
Action Zone: 8 dogs / 2 cars
Activity Zone: 5 dogs / 2 cars
Larger groups can be accommodated in Adventure Zone, please contact us to discuss your requirements
No refunds can be given;
You can reschedule your booking, in the same Zone, up to 12 hours before the time of your booking;
Yes, as you come through the main gates there is a hard standing for parking / waiting, which has colour coded signs for each Zone;
PLEASEDO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME;
Details of the parking procedure for the Zone you have booked will be in our email;
Each Zone has around 2 meter high secure deer style fencing;
You need to be confident that your dog is unable to jump a fence of this height;
Yes, each Zone & the main car park has solar lighting;
Some of the lights are sensor operated;
It is not flood lighting, but does provide greater visibility
Each Zone is a private hire facility, with secured gated entry with screening in parts (whilst our hedgerows grow), making them deal for reactive dogs or reactive owners;
Yes, in Adventure Zone & Action Zone only;

Yes, each Zone has a mains water tap;
Please do not place your personal rubbish in the box containing the bottles, nor in the dogs waste bins;
There is a Dog Poo Bin in each Zone (situated near the entrance);
These bins are for Bagged Dog Poo ONLY;
Black Refuse bins are in for bottles etc (no dog poo) in main car park;
We offer 30; 45; 60; 90 minutes, subject to the Zone / Day you wish to book;
We politely request you get ready to leave the Zone 5 minutes before the end of your booking to ensure you do not overrun into the time of the following session;
Should you not vacate the field at the time of your booking ending you will be charged for the slot after yours;
Yes, there is mains water each Zone;
Cleaning your dog(s) MUST BE DONE WITHIN YOUR BOOKING TIME;
Should youover run you booking time will result in you incurring additional costs;
