Membership options for regular customers

Many of our customers return regularly and it is important that their loyalty is rewarded.

Our regular customers can take advantage of the memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum), which result in significant discounts.  The memberships are designed for customers who visit at least 2 hours a week. 

Each membership is for a fixed monetary amount, which must be used in the following month (although we can in relevant circumstances permit any unused amount to carry forward).

The membership automatically renews on the monthly anniversary date, unless you cancel it.  Payment is made by bank debit/credit card using our external secure payment system, Stripe. The monthly membership starts on the day you apply and will be renewed with a payment each month. Prior to the renewal and collection of payment you will be sent an automated reminder email and you can suspend the subscription. After the subscription is paid, you will receive an email of confirmation with a a unique code linked to your email address to use for each booking. There is no need to commit to time slots up front, you can book in the normal way at a time and date to suit you. As you don't need to pay for each booking the process is much quicker!
