We do not permit refunds. You are not therefore able to cancel a booking.
You can reschedule within the same appointment type by clicking on the link in the confirmation email, provided you are outside of our minimum 12 hours notice. This gives you the opportunity to check the weather forecast if this is likely to be of concern to you. There is no limit on the amount of times you reschedule on this basis.
Yes - each booking type shows how many dogs and cars are permitted
If you visit with a friend and their dogs you are responsible for ensuring the dogs are suitably socialised and your friend respects our rules at all times
You are responsible for ensuring your guest is aware of our rules. We suggest that you also add their email address at the point of booking and they will also receive our email communications.
Yes, as you come through the main gates there is a hard standing for parking / waiting, with signs showing you where to park.
There is a dedicated waiting area for customers who arrive a few minutes early. PLEASEDO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME

Each park is fully enclosed with 6 foot fencing and gates.
You need to be confident that your dog is unable to jump a fence of this height, and ensure your dog does not attempt to dig under the fence line.
You should inspect the fencing before allowing your dog(s) to run free off lead.
If you have concerns as your dog is a known "escape artist", please contact us to discuss your proposed booking. We may be able to accommodate a visit to our parks prior to booking.
Yes, Action, Activity & Adventure Zones and the main car park all have some solar lighting but visibility is limited.
Some of the lights are set up on sensors to preserve their power.
Each park is a private hire facility, with secured gated entry.
Each park has its own parking spaces within the park, with the exception of the Activity Zone which has parking spaces at its entrance
We have purposely left space between the boundaries for each park and screening has been attached to fence lines in all appropriate places , making the parks suitable for reactive dogs.
There is a plan of the site on our website showing the location of the parks. Based on its position i.e. mostly away from other parks we suggest the Adventure Zone is most suitable for highly reactive dogs.
Reactivity means different things to different dogs and their owners. If meeting and seeing other dogs and people is your primary concern, but being in proximity to other dogs and people, but out of sight is unlikely to be of concern, all of our parks could be suitable.
Yes, providing they have exempted status evidenced by the exemption certificate.
Due to the size restriction of our Activity Zone, it is not suitable for XL Bullies.
Yes, each park has a mains water tap with a section of hosepipe
Water can be used for filling seasonal paddling pools (Action and Activity Zones), drinking and washing your dogs down.
Customers are responsible for picking up their dogs poo and bagging it. There is a Dog Poo Bin in each park (two in the Woodland Zone) situated near the entrance gates. You will usually find poo bags attached to the fence line in various places.
A specialist company collect the poo waste from our site.
We are open 365 days a year.
Our opening hours are restricted by our planning permission - 7 am to 8 pm. During the autumn and winter we reduce our hours.
Note each park has different appointment start times to stagger activity in our car park.
The booking calendar always shows the current available appointment times for each park.
No, we do not currently have customer toilet or washroom facilities on site, so please plan accordingly before your visit.
The site is not officially manned during our full operational hours, but we are contactable by telephone.
As we are carrying out regular maintenance and improvements, it is possible that one or more of our team will be visible in one of our parks or working in the main car park.
Yes children are allowed, although any equipment in our parks is for use by dogs only and is not suitable for children.
Yes. You will be asked to confirm details of your own business insurance (confirming provider and maximum number of dogs under your supervision).
You are welcome to arrive at any time after your appointment start time. It is important that you leave the park within your dedicated time slot .

You need to allow enough time to get your dog(s) back into your car and leave the park, so we suggest you start to prepare to leave 5 minutes before the end to ensure you do not overrun.
This very much depends on the weather.
Wear clothing suitable for walking outside, including suitable footwear.
Bear in mind that the ground could be muddy especially after periods of rainfall.
Our parks remain open during wet weather.
During extreme heat and storms we may make the decision to close the parks for the safety of our customers. Customers with bookings affected would be notified by telephone and email.
Full refunds will be offered (or an alternative slot) if Zoomies Zone Liverpool cancels the booking.
